The example I'm going to introduce is Hyundai Motorstudio, which is established and operated by Hyundai Motor Company. Focusing solely on product sales may increase profits, but it's unlikely to increase brand preference and differentiation. As a strategy to build brand preference and promote sustainability, Hyundai has built spaces dedicated to brand experience in key locations, including Gangnam. These spaces introduce the past of Hyundai, the values and products that Hyundai intends to pursue, and reveal the unique characteristics of Hyundai. The spaces do not sell like a sales floor, but they are built as an investment in the brand. I think we need to think about how to increase the value of the brand and how to promote the luxury of the brand other than sales.
